Pouring rain here. nasty weather. Dog is not liking it. Feel bad for the people in the South. Be safe. My hubby is stuck in St Louis-his flight just got cancelled.

Kooky--Great news on WI. I have also heard that too about the drinking on P1. Scary stuff.

All4Me--You look amazing. Good for u. Keep up the great work.

Made banana pudding mini muffins with WF chocolate syrup in some of them last night--TASTED awesome!!! Nice unrestricted treat.

All4Me--U look amazing. Keep up the good work.

Hi all,

Kooky and Want2b- congrats on the weigh ins!

Kawaii, this weather stinks! Cold, raw and wet. Yuck! Fri. is supposed to be warm. How did the dr. turn out?

Luccilove, you are right about down South. A tree fell on my HS friend's house in the Atlanta area. Sad . Hope your husband gets home soon. Your recipe sounds good. How are you doing with the phase 1 restart?

Kooky, the alcohol thing is scary!

Slipfree-I am ok. Just a little extra hungry so I am eating romaine to get me back on track. No headaches or anything. I have WI tom. I am thinking the scale will say I gained 10lbs--still dont know how that is possible but that is better then 20lbs.

I really want to be done with P1-just dont know what I want my goal weight to be. I think I need to loose at least another 30-40lbs.

Luccilove, I am glad that you are not having the headaches. All the posts by restarters have scared me. Many of them talk about how hard it is to do phase 1 the second time. You are doing great, lettuce and new recipes

I know that we can all suffer from diet fatigue, but we have to push through the lows together. Our health depends on making this work. Plus, we have invested way too much effort and $$$ to stop now.

I am with Kooky, not minding Phase 1 all that much, but I would really like to have a good glass of wine. Couple more months

Lucci- Banana muffins sound good! Maybe I'll make some tomorrow. You're doing great being back on P1. I'm sure it hasn't been easy. I hope going to your IP appointment helps you. Do you have a motivating coach? Maybe you and your coach can discuss setting your goal so that you can have an end in sight. It's motivated me to know the range I'm shooting for because I can guess how long it will take me to get there. I think probably 2-3 months. The website, Model My Diet has me hitting the higher end of my goal mid-August, but I want to push myself to get to lose the 25-35 lbs faster than that.

I agree that all of us have invested a lot in this program to stop now. At least it's really easy to follow at this point...we just have to stay motivated and remember the many reasons we're doing this.

I wish they would lie to me and tell me I'd die or get kicked out of the program for eating pizza. That is my one remaining vice that I succumb to every once in awhile, but I move on and get right back OP after I cheat. Possible death/getting kicked out of IP are much stronger motivators not to cheat than being out of ketosis for a few days.
