FYI smooth move tea is still a laxative. Herbal laxative but still a stimulant.
Big C is a very common problem with crash diets.
Maureen: are you also eating 2 salads per day? The extra roughage is important and many coaches swear by the extra salad for continued weight loss. I've gotten to the point where I just munch some romaine leaves with lunch & I put my dinner meat on a big salad most nights.. For whatever reason, I'm not that fond of a proper salad at lunch time.
If that doesn't help, try some additional magnesium. There is a product called calm that you use at night before bed. Don't overdo that product either!
Yes and then some! AND the size 6 pants that "almost" fit the other day now fit! So I am now down 10 pant sizes!

Thank you! We decided to move me to P2 starting toward the end of the month - which will have given me 11 months on P1. At the rate I'm changing sizes coach thinks either end of month or size 4, whichever occurs first. We talked about starting P2 this week but I need a little time to let hitting goal sink in and really think about the next steps. It's a little scary.

A bit scary. I am in week 2 of P2. I will spend 3 weeks in P3 because I am traveling on my normal WI day so we decided to stretch it out one more week. My scale shows about 1 pound down sitting at 137 since I started, but P3 does make me nervous...and beyond.
