I am pasting info from my sheet, "how your body may initially respond", which was provided by my coach when I started:

A nauseous feeling is most commonly experienced in dieters who never eat breakfast. It's very simple; if the body is not used to having a morning meal and we, all of a sudden, start having breakfast, the stomach says, "Hey, what's this...I'm still sleeping. Do you mind?"

The other common trigger for nausea is an abrupt decrease in sugar intake. Everyone must understand that, through our diet, we are changing the fundamental metabolic processes. For years, sometimes decades, a typical diet consisting of a lot of "fast sugars" is consumed. We know these will be used as the first source of energy by the body. Now, if we drastically reduce the intake of these foods, we force the body to turn to other sources of energy (i.e. fat stores). This requires a whole different set of metabolic enzymes and requires the body to "re-tool" its metabolism. This doesn't happen immediately and therefore a slight "lag-time" can occur and the bottom-line is that the dieter will feel weak and nauseous.

I hope this is helpful.

Locks, I felt terrible for the first two weeks, then it faded. I find that the supplements make me nauseous. Now, I take all of them at night except for the potassium in the am. If I feel sick at night, I just go to sleep.

Just think of it as a little reminder of how our bodies dont need what we ate before, and tomorrow is one more day closer, that is all. We live and learn, as long as the train keeps going. Remember that little cho cho train...i will i will i know i can something like that lol.

Yea my body did not need a Rice Krispie treat no just wanted one! And ugh, my tummy is not happy! At least I know for next time I am craving one (they sell them at my school and they're my favorite-- maybe this is a blessing in disguise since I will avoid them now).

Okay dinner was a fail. Attempted to make a sweet and sour sauce for my chicken. It was gross! Ways to sweet and I even cut the Splenda in half.

I adapted a Pinterest recipe tonight and it worked. Made it with WF maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and a bit of onion powder basted on pork tenderloin. (The original recipe was for chicken.) Turned out yummy.

Congrats on the losses.
This week I got into a pair of pants I bought that were too small last summer and as well as another pair I haven't fit into for three years the scale has danced around this week, official weigh in tomorrow.

Help! I'm confused.

Today is my official weekly weigh in day. Yesterday, I weighed in for a sneak peak and was down 6.5 lbs this week. Somehow overnight i gained 5 lbs! I'm now only down 1.5 lbs. What gives? Has this happened to anyone?
