Default Dreams!!

Hello all!

I had a dream last night that I went to a family dinner that had a buffet of all of my favourite foods, and even things I never thought I would want, and I held out for a long time and then just had one or two bites, and then I ate it all! I don't even know if there was a storyline to that dream, I was just mowin' down on chocolate! I woke up this morning and I thought, "Oh man, what did I just do??"
Lol. Thankfully it was just a dream, and it was maybe a little satisfying in and of itself.
Almost finished week three, and still feelin' good. Definitely struggling with the big "C" though.

I hope that you all have a great weekend!

Glad it was a dream!! Mine was frying a pack of bacon & eating it & then telling everyone else to go away so I could eat the entire pack. Crazy dreams.

I am just starting this too and on day #2 but do you have any issues with blood pressure? If not check your salt intake

And if you've already tried your salt, are getting all your veggies, oil, packets, water, and meat protein, I'd suggest seeing how you feel if you cut out the sucralose. Some people become super-sensitive to it on this plan (and others to soy). There are IP items not sweetened with sucralose and your coach could help you find those to give that a try.

I get migraines so ANY headache is a buzzkill for me, for sure!

Yes I got my salt in my grape oil and AC vinegar in.
I am grilling a piece of fish and am contemplating which veggies will go with it. Finally starting to let up. It seems to hit in the afternoon worst.

I did not know ANY of the IP packet had sucralose in them. I am trying to set up a blood sugar tester to see if my sugar is dropping toooo low.

A lot of them do. Check ingredients on anything sweet. It'll either be sucralose or Ace-K

Oh, and for headaches, since I get migraines, my coach told me to drink poweraed zero, which was a god send. No headaches after I started using it. I keep some on hand and drink it as part of my water requirement...

Both high and low blood pressure can cause headaches. Before IP I got high blood pressure headaches, now I get low blood pressure headaches

Lol) he kept bringing me things to try on, which were quite cute actually........and the coolest thing is that I tried on several size 6's and they fit!!!!!

So happy right now. I even had to buy a new swimsuit and it was nice to model it for him and see his expression. :-D I am no bathing beauty, and these were not bikinis....I am 49 after all, but DH thought I looked good. Plus, this time of year they're clearancing summer clothes. Got lots of good deals.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!
