or wash your favorite jeans in hot water hoping they'll shrink a bit so you can get just a couple more weeks of wear out of them.

Ditto this and the dryer. My 16 year old found my jeans in the dryer the other day and thought I had done it on accident. She came to me with a grim look on her face preparing to give my the "bad" news, she was shocked when I told her it was intentional.

You can pour out either exactly 5 oz. or 7 oz. of water into a glass by "feel" and instinct.

(By the way, how do you get those cool weight loss progress sliders to show up in your posts?)

There are some rules you have to meet before that option appears. I think it's 20 days and 20 posts. I just got mine today!

When by day 3 you have a "using" dream and it wasn't pizza or anything...but a simple banana. Feeling nostalgic over fruit.

when you find something...anything...that fits into the 0/0/0 rule and you get more excited than when you use to buy a candy bar

You know you're on Ideal Protein if you are super excited that your husband bought you a scale for your birthday (Fitbit Aria) and not even remotely offended.

When your DH and DS watch out for you and say "don't mess up your ketosis"
When you wake up and get that wonderful feeling of being in control
Your cloths fitting on you instead of fitting in your cloths

After years of dieting and only using the "small dinner plates" you have to dig out the larger ones again to fit all the meat and veggies!
