TOM got me this week too! Started on my WI day, so thought I would gain for the first time since January. Surprise, 0.8 lost though and 2.25 inches, so I'm taking it! I'm hoping for a whoosh next week! Loving the trend on the scale so far. (I'm a daily weigher.)

I think you added a row and the formulas didn't work
I added you at the bottom & its working now.

One of our database managers will re-order the list and perhaps add some more rows. I tried to add more rows but the formulas didn't work for those rows.

I made some more room on there and sorted the list. It's been a great challenge so far! As a group have lost 307 pounds!

That was my loss too (-0.8). It may not be big, but it's a loss! Here's to a better week!!

During this challenge, I'm down 9.5 pounds.
I'm excited to meet my goal of 25.

Somewhere in the re-sort, I got deleted. I was keeping track on my own spreadsheet, just of progress in general so I was able to plug my numbers back in. Whew! That was a close one! Its great being able to see your progress like that. Very motivational!

Feeling like a big loser and not in a good way. I only lost .02 pounds this week - but I did lose a inch. I was so depressed about this last night. I am feeling a little better about today... but I dont understand. How can you stay on plan and not lose more than that??? trying to keep my head in the game... my coach just started and other than her measuring me - weighing me - and letting me buy my ip products im really not getting much out of this. I will stick with IP until July and then may "break up" and go solo.... I hope you all have a good week!

I'm gonna give you THE pep talk
First "only" is a four-letter word around here.
You lost weight! Be happy! Not only that, but you lost in measurements, as well!

Second, the scale only weighs "weight". So if you're holding onto any water or if you're constipated or if you weighed at a different time this week than last week, or if there are ANY other variables, the scale measured them. The scale is not efficient in weighing fat loss.

Third, find a way to keep yourself motivated. Not every week will be a big week. I fell and had an injury and had a gain. This is due to inflammation (which is water weight). I know I didn't gain fat. Yes, it can be demoralizing but what is the alternative? Go off the diet? No way. I've come too far and I have goals.

So, what to do? Find some new recipes & have some fun! Don't make it such a bad thing. Lots of people have bad coaches and go rogue. They still succeed with alternative products. No sense in spending $$$ if your coach sucks.

Keep going!

What Lisa said! While I do understand, I'll add my own pep talk that I give myself. I hope it helps you - if not, dig deep and find your own pep talk that can help get the "just" off of that .02 loss
Here's mine: Thinking ahead to maintenance we will strive for those no gain weeks.... while we want to loose every week until maintenance, those weeks I did not loose or even had a gain (long distance flight had me up 6 lbs going and coming back - so lasted a couple weeks) I had to shift my mind to the big picture. We're not in this for just a day, month, or even a year. To do this right, we are in this watching what we eat and having control over our weight by the food/exercise choices we make for life. Some may find that depressing, but being so overweight was depressing in itself. This weightloss is something we can and will maintain, so in the big scheme of things as long as we stay on program we are having a huge success - regardless of what that scale says.
