Same here. Originally I was going to put tomorrow down as last Friday and just go week to week there but that kind of felt like getting a week head start so changed my starting weight to reflect last Friday's WI.

Good morning. I've added my losses for the first week. I'm first to do so. Am I jumping the gun or is it ok to go ahead and add my loss? I weighed last Monday and then today.

The only reason I'm doing MF over IP is that the MF clinic is 4 miles from my house and the IP is over 20. Maybe not th BEST reason to choose a nutrition plan, but I figured I wanted to give myself the best shot at success and would be less likely to talk myself out of driving 4 miles for counseling than 20
That's really great to have your clinic so close to home. I sure get that decision :-) I've heard great things about your plan too. Glad to have you come out of lurking to say hello and to join us.

Nope you are just right, a weekly WI record, and if you WI on Monday's you will be ahead of other who WI later in the week. It's all good.

Hi - late add, but in! Hope that's okay. Still a newbie - only in my 3rd week. Love the challenge, thanks for organizing!

Whew week one done. WI was -2.6. I've been really struggling lately and can't say I was 100%, but this is a new week! I'm not a big poster but I'm making myself do this for accountability. Have a great week everyone!

Im not a big poster either- still making my way on this WOE - I find I do well on the weekdays even with my four boys and picky husband. However, this past weekend we celebrated my sons 17th birthday - im a baker and i have always done the boys cakes/cupcakes. I refused to do it- I know my weakness - yet my husband got in my lane and was making a mess--- so I stepped in and did the frosting and then snuck -- but I was cheating myself -- I think I had 3 teaspoons of frosting. Im struggling with the veges also. thought I did ok - making green beans with mushrooms and I think I just read that we are not allowed green beans. I plan on roasting cauliflower tonight. I think I am very sensitive to carbs - as I started the new year back on dukan and lost next to nothing-- maybe its all the dairy I had but its a continual struggle. I am not really going to touch the restricted foods unless I have too. also have been keeping tabs on myfitnesspal I understand the woosh now --- nothing nothing nothing and then what the? did I read that right. I really really need to push past this and actually lose some weight... Drinking water -- at least 2 of the 33 oz waters a day - hopefully that is enough - but I refill them and take them with me - I get a lot to drink while Im driving my kids around. my other weakness was starbucks SF skinny Vanilla latte-- i have gone cold turkey on those but I am still drinking hot coffee and add my 2 tsp of milk in there. I hope everyone has a great week and thank you all for all the posts on everything because it is very beneficial to read the ups and downs on making it. cheers-d

Green beans are just one of the restricted veggies, like tomatoes. You can have them once a week and be fine.

Can someone clarify Column R "Percent of Weight Loss" on the spreadsheet.

Does that refer to the percentage lost out of the total you want to lose? Or the total percentage lost of your body weight? Or something else all together?

I'm a math dummy no matter how hard I try, but I do know we want that number high!

After entering my info and doing the math, it is % of total you want to lose
Amt lost / total you want to lose = colum R %. (A fraction is just a division problem)

I figure % all day at work. I teach special Ed.

We're all in it together! I couldn't set up the spreadsheet with the lightening speed the gals who did were able to use.

But some of it is b/c the transfer from excel to google docs isn't smooth
