Default Preparing IP food ahead of time?

Has anyone tried to prepare IP food ahead of time? I would like to make all my chocolate pudding snacks for the week and place them in individual containers in the refrigerator. Does anyone advise doing this? Or does the food get dry and yucky if prepared ahead of time?

I do this with the puddings. Works just fine.

I also do that with the puddings. They become so nice and thick!

I cook up an entire box of Rotini on Sunday's. I separate into 7 baggies and keep in the fridge all week. I eat them cold on my salad/veggies every day for lunch!

I find puddings, drinks and soups are all better when prepared ahead of time. Thicker after time. However I've only had them sit for a max of a couple days so I don't know how it would work to do a week in advance.

Good to know! I brought soup with me for lunch but was afraid to mix it up at home in case it got too thick but would like it a wee bit thicker. I find the chocolate drink mix gets so thick if I leave it in the fridge that I need to eat it with a spoon (which is kind of nice honestly).
