Lettuce and cucumber and celery. Eat as much as you want. It doesn't seem like much, but it helps, and drink lots and lots and lots of water.
I'm into week three, and the first 3 days were the worst. Then it still took a couple/few days before I felt "normal". It DOES get better. You just have to stick it out. I'm past the hunger and the cravings, and am eating 100% on program now.
