When you get to the later phases, unsweetened almond milk has been a lifesaver for me! I was/am a total coffee w/her creamer person, hence my spinach mocha latte EVERY morning on P1...just not a black coffee person. Silk unsweetened almond milk has 40 cals per 8oz, 2.5g fat/1g carb/1g protein.
And if you haven't tried it yet...I TOTALLY recommend you try the spinach smoothie at least once!
