I'm a person who likes a little coffee and sugar with her milk, too. I confess that I use a little bit of unsweetened almond milk (or an extra splash of vanilla RTD) everyday and don't feel guilty about it.

When you get to the later phases, unsweetened almond milk has been a lifesaver for me! I was/am a total coffee w/her creamer person, hence my spinach mocha latte EVERY morning on P1...just not a black coffee person. Silk unsweetened almond milk has 40 cals per 8oz, 2.5g fat/1g carb/1g protein.

And if you haven't tried it yet...I TOTALLY recommend you try the spinach smoothie at least once!

I'm not a black coffee person either. I used to put 2 tsp, yes 2 in EVERY cup of coffee. I don't like most sugar substitutes as they taste awful to me. I found an article on cold brewing coffee that changed everything for me. The coffee comes out less acidic so I didn't need to add sugar at all. That is how I lost my first 20 lbs. If I had known how bad the creamer I was still using was maybe I would have lost more. Any way now I just mix my coffee with a vanilla shake and I'm good to go!
