We can have 4 whole eggs and 2 egg whites on P1 for the 8oz of protein now, correct?

Yes - and that's a lot of eggs. I had one hard boiled egg on my spinach salad at lunch. Then an omelet for dinner - 3 more whole eggs and 2 egg whites. Could hardly eat it all!!!

I was told 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites... but maybe I read my sheet wrong? I am a newbie so it is definitely possible!

There was a new phase 1 sheet released in May of this year, if you scroll down under the Newbies sticky post, I believe Wuv posted a scan of it

I just started the diet in September and the sheet I got from my coach is different. It says 4 egg whites and 2 egg yolks under poulty.

I believe that's the old phase 1 sheet your coach gave you, as my original phase 1 sheet said that also, but that is over a year old.

I tried the new amount of eggs and whites and it was too much for me. I felt like I was eating way too much and felt kind of sick for the evening. So next time, I'm thinking that I'll do less, but add in some egg whites for more protein at the other meals, I think.
