I am super proud! It was a very exciting day, and we are going out to dinner tonight to celebrate. DS chose "the peanut place"! It's a local steakhouse where you can throw your peanut shells on the floor. Thank goodness it is super IP friendly!
Realized 2 awesome things today:
1. I have finally reached a "normal" BMI!!!!!!!!!
2. I do not have knee pain when I go up and down the stairs! I had 2 knee surgeries from basketball injuries in high school, and they've never been the same since. Physical activity would bring on pain, and stairs were the worst (especially going down for some reason). It occurred to me today that I don't remember the last time it hurt to do a flight of stairs!!
To the @#$%^ former DIL who asked about being on the invitation only if you are contributing, I'd have said "I did contribute. The groom."
Just got done at my chiropractor and she's doing IP too! I noticed she's lost a lot of weight but never had the right chance to ask her about it. Well we talked and talked today about it. Since I do it with alternatives she offered to pick me up some packets to try to see if it's something I might be interested in. I didn't ask how long she's been doing it but she said she averages 3lbs a week and has lost 33 pounds so I'm guessing just a few more week than me. It's so nice to have all these people to talk to about it!
Another busy day at work...boo...so now I'm off to catch up on the posts.
A friend of mine with two married sons told me all the mother of the groom had to do was wear beige, shut up and bring a cheque book. I didn't want to ask TONZ if that was what she planned to do.
Did you enjoy Cuba? That is one of my next plans, Cuba, not the MOTG.

Are you going to Texas Roadhouse? We've been wanting to go there cause it's a favorite of ours. What do you have? My fave is the salmon but I'm sure it has stuff we can't have on it.
It's so nice to have all these people to talk to about it! 
It's getting me healthy and teaching me to cook...who would have thought I'd be cooking with so many spices.
