hello i am from near regina. too bad not saskatoon tho. looking forward to starting my diet. a little nervous...i think i have a bad relationship with food. i eat cuz i am bored..or something idk.

Hi all! I'm new on here and just thought i'd say a quick hello to get acquainted. I just had my week 4 IP weigh in. I really like the program and the results but expected to be down more due to all the stories I've heard. Anyone have any suggestions to boost my loss? Does anyone have a coach they don't like?
