I made the 10lb challenge last week, and have started phase II now, but if there is another challenge I might be interested, even though I will be phasing off. I would like to keep motivated whether through IP packets or exercise.

I just hit the challenge goal- I've lost 10.4 pounds since April 13!!! I lost 1.4 yesterday, that being my second day of having 4 packets per day. Guess I just needed more protein/calories!

I'll go update the spreadsheet. So I got a size 36 speedo swimsuit and it fits but it's a bit tight. I have to do a funny dance to get it on. Might be kind of embarassing in the locker room! Perhaps I should get a 38 instead? I ordered them on Amazon, I'm way too busy to go shop and try things on.

I was in the hot tub last weekend at my mom's house. My bikini fits but my abs need some work! I'll do the core exercises I'm supposed to do from my chiropractor. Hopefully that helps. He said it will take 40 days to see results. That's about the beginning of June, right? Have a good day everyone!

Default Short Term Goal Reached!!!

I aimed for losing 10 pounds in this challenge, and I lost 14.6!! I'm soooo excited!!! That puts me at losing a total of 20.6lbs total since I've started IP, which means I'm a third of the way to my goal weight!!

I never never never thought losing weight was so possible.

i didn't reach my goal weight of 210, but i was able to maintain my weight below 220. i am very happy!

I haven't read all the posts in this thread but had a thought about a challenge.

How about each person who's in takes a photo or two of themselves in their "fat" clothes then we see who has the baggiest ones? It could be a hoot to see the changes and might be a real inspiration for us to take an objective look at what we were wearing compared to what we can wear now.

I'm not sure I understand the picture thing. Take a picture at the beginning of the month and then at the end of the month? is that what you're saying?
