I just hit the challenge goal- I've lost 10.4 pounds since April 13!!! I lost 1.4 yesterday, that being my second day of having 4 packets per day. Guess I just needed more protein/calories!
I'll go update the spreadsheet. So I got a size 36 speedo swimsuit and it fits but it's a bit tight. I have to do a funny dance to get it on. Might be kind of embarassing in the locker room! Perhaps I should get a 38 instead? I ordered them on Amazon, I'm way too busy to go shop and try things on.
I was in the hot tub last weekend at my mom's house. My bikini fits but my abs need some work! I'll do the core exercises I'm supposed to do from my chiropractor. Hopefully that helps. He said it will take 40 days to see results. That's about the beginning of June, right?
