i added a column that will calculate your loss as a percent of total weight loss goal. this will help us scale results based on starting weight/end weight. feel free to use or not. i just wanted to track my own, so added it.
Did cheat last weekend but lost most of it by doing phase 2 this week - only +0,8 lbs to report! Started phase 3 as of this morning, I'll see how the weight loss goes in phase 3 for the next 2 weeks!
Count me in...I added myself to the spreadsheet and fixed a couple of formulas. Add a column for % of total weight loss in addition to % towards challenge goal

Hey everyone! I started IP on 4/14, so I'll put myself in this challenge. Not sure if I can get there in time, but this will keep me motivated! And my whole goal right now is to get healthier, and go to the pool (indoor) to start swimming again. But first I have to buy a swimsuit and I'm just embarrased to go to the pool with the extra weight. I think giving myself a jump start with IP and then going to swim will be great! LOL I will make my profile pic me in a swimsuit when I get there, maybe even with the funny swim cap and goggles? LOL!!!
