Hello all!

Congrats Kelsey on the 50 pounds! It must feel wonderful! Only 31 more pounds to go for me to reach that goal!!

I had my 4th weigh in today and lost 3 pounds this week... I was losing 5 pounds consistently, so I was a little disappointed, however, 3 pounds is amazing!!!!!

Hi all!
I have been doing research on ip for some time now, and I am finally starting today!! I am hoping that this forum can be my motivation its hard when I travel with my boyfriend and he's hardly ever with me to help me stay positive though he tries when were together! I'm really excited for this diet! Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks everyone and confeats on everyones losses thus far!

Welcome!!!! I searched and researched this IP Program from jan to July on and off before strating July 10th this year, and LOVE IT!! IT truely will be your LAST diet cause it has 4 phases.. you will be so successful, esp with all the informative support here!!!!! Wishing you great success honey!

40 grams of carbs or 30 net grams of carbs (carbs-fibre=net carbs)
