It's very difficult to do! It took me YEARS to get to the point where I could love myself, and it all started with something small,
my hair. Once I learned to embrace that I began to see myself in a new light.

Nope! I just googled "calories in x" when I was looking for the calories for a certain item. I know most calorie counts by heart now. Workouts are done at my gym where I've been going for 8 years: either in the group fitness classes or before them (where I'm lifting heavy). Sometimes I'll trek over to another gym to lift, or I'll do bodyweight exercises inbetween sitting on the computer
