I'm in the same boat, I've always been overweight and I did convince myself that losing the weight would solve all my problems. It did get better for me too in high school- but not as well as I'd like it to. Funny how we think weight solves all the problems right?
But you seem like you were pretty confident even before the weight loss which is great to hear So congratulations, you look great!

Wow you look really great! Could you give me an example of what a typical week of eating consisted of for you when you were losing weight? Everyone always says lots of veggies and lean meats, but I would like to hear specific meals and everything. I'm trying to make meal plans but I always run out of ideas! Also what is your weight training plan like? I do circuit training right now but I'm thinking I need to add more weights.
Sorry for all the questions, but your weight loss is inspiring!
