Heh, yeah. Sometimes games just really don't go your way. After what feels like a lifetime of the Rangers in last place it's just nice to see them doing well season after season.

DH and I were just talking about how we hope we wore out your bullpen enough to make it a little easier tomorrow after the starter is out.

I like walk-off wins but it would have been good for Lohse to get the win as he pitched a great game.

I'm only 58 so maybe there is still hope for me making "THE BIGS!"....

NATION....there has been much talk over the years of Bobby being our manager (although not recent)...whew!!! He has always been a bit over the top!! Good luck....

So, my son...my son in law, aka Kidnapper and future sil, aka kidnapper2...are po'd at me...

they are going to the Padre/Marlin game on May 5th and want me to join them...told them thanks but no thanks as I have to get the house back together that week-end....floors will be done, cabinets all done, etc....

they say I am a weenie.....

I said...."SO!".....

WINNER today in Wisconsin....YIPEE!

I think we were robbed on that call BIG BIRD but that's just payback for the fiasco on that triple play against the Padres. Gonna have those close calls go your way and then against you sometimes.

DIANNE those boys are always putting pressure on me to go with them to the DODGER ANGEL or Padre games since we are 100-45-30 miles away....it's just the late nights/hot Sundays and $12 warm beer doesn't appeal to me as much as it did years ago

NATION started off slow last year too but brought it back (almost all the way) in the end....no worries
