Ended up at my parent's for dinner. I had chicken baked in mushroom and onion soup with cheese on top, over white rice, plus a salad.

Then I was so hungry when I got home that I made a quesadilla with 1 tortilla, spinach and feta cheese... ugh, no clue why I was so hungry yesterday!

^^ We seem to have similar food brains...haha...

Tonight is grilled tandoori chicken (it's been marinating two days since I was going to make it yesterday! mmm) and curried chick peas with vegetables.

There's also jasmine rice for the bf, which I'm sad to be skipping out on but it is a fast day so dinner must be around 400 calories. I'll save a little for lunch tomorrow!

I agree, nonameslob!! Tonight I'm having leftover Quinoa Fiesta Enchilada Bake, but with NO avocado. I've already had two servings of it with 1/6 of an avocado both times and ended up with the worst indigestion/heartburn. Avocados have been a problem for me over the past few years, but usually a small amount is fine - I guess not anymore.

Either that or my fiance is making up some turkey taco meat so we can have taco salads.

Goose stew. I was in such a rush this morning, I forgot to take the slow cooker out of the fridge, so I guess I will be making it on the stove top. Womp. Thankfully I brined and tenderized the meat so it shouln't take too long....

Also sad that it is the last of the goose meat, but hopefully our hunter friend gives us some more!

Made chicken soup, homemade stock,
and baked whole wheat bread.

had 1 and 1/2 slices of bread and it was so filling, so I only ended up having 1/2 cup of soup.

*I'm looking forward to toast and a couple eggs for breekie!*

Fiance made a whole roasted lemon and herb chicken, and made a side of half mashed potatoes, half mashed broccoli.

I had leftovers instead, but will definitely be eating that chicken in some form tonight!
