Ratatouille, buckwheat bread, goat cheese, 2 hard boiled eggs=646. Yikes. I've been STARVING the past couple days. Sigh.

Last night we had roasted potatoes, chicken sausage and peppers and tonight we'll see.

My fiance starts a new job and new shift as of today (today is his one day break between the end of his previous job and beginning of the new one), so he may even have dinner cooked and ready for us when we get home.

If he doesn't, I'm already planning to make zucchini noodles and pull some marinara and zucchini/turkey meatballs from the freezer.

Funny munchy, I had turkey meatballs with marinara and shiritaki noodles! Plus a small salad. Hope the fiance's job goes well

Must remember not to get the shiritaki noodles from Giant. I like the ones from Shoprite so much better. Zucchinis are getting too small here for zoodles

Ha, hilarious! I just picked up two bags of shiritaki noodles from our local Asian supermarket, but I never like eating them with marinara - only in ramen type dishes with oyster or fish sauce.

We ended up ordering Chinese food I got plain steamed chicken and broccoli, like ALWAYS.

The fiance is very nervous. His new shift is Friday 12-11, and Saturday and Sunday from 8a-11:45p. It's a whole new career that he has little background in, but I know he's going to ROCK it.

Husband and kid out voted me and we had ramen noodles with condiments
made the noodles with no broth (they can add a sprinkle and mix ) toppings of chopped thin sliced chicken no skin, green beans, hard boiled eggs fresh broccili (sp?) from the garden, acorn sqaush chunks and grated cheese

I had noodles 2 eggs (tiny cute pullets ) broc. beans squash and a couple of oz of chicken DELISH used chipotle no salt seasoning and a fine shake of parm cheese on top.
estimating 550 in total calories.
