had to go for a brief power walk after supper. I had to go to the local supermarket to get something that I forgot to get earlier today. I need that item, a greek yogurt, for my break at work tomorrow.

2 miles leslie sansone before I left work this morning. power walked and ran an errand during my lunch break. power walked and ran errand before supper tonight. also went for a brief power walk and to run an errand after supper tonight. had to get something i'm going to be needing this weekend at the supermarket.
