I am going to try to get a few shorter workouts in during the day. I have a desk job and I don't get much movement in at work, unless I am working out. I planned to do this in the past, but didn't do it. I am going to try again. LOL Also, maybe this will give me extra movement without stressing my body. I am really wanting to lose the extra weight I am carrying. I don't think hitting it hard with intense, long workouts is the answer for me right now. Maybe my regular workouts along with some extra movement will be the answer. I will keep tweaking things until I get it figured out, LOL. (or die trying )

good evening! 2 miles leslie sansone this morning. went to see dad today. will power walk to and home from my meeting tonight. will run errands both ways.
Two days a week of cardio/strength training...supposed to be a full 25 minutes but I've yet to make it all the way through. The first day last Tuesday I made it 19 minutes....Thursday I picked a different regime that was very fast paced and high squats oriented...I regretted the decision as I spent 3 whole days crying in muscle pain lol. Today, I went back to the original regime and got through all but -3 minutes of a 25 min workout I will never again push myself if I'm not ready...I wasted days of potential physical activity.
