Hi Everyone!

Last night my lower back started hurting and this morning it got even worse. It was so bad, in fact, that I had a hard time getting in and out of the car. I thought it was because I went to the photo lab last weekend and sat on a stool for 2+ hours. I was reviewing pictures from the last couple of years and putting the info about the picture on the picture before having them printed. By this evening I realized that wasn't the problem, but I was actually starting my TTOM. I don't usually get down in my back with TTOM like this but it does happen on occasion. I didn't think it was appropriate to attempt a workout since I could barely get in and out of a car or walk. LOL

2 miles leslie sansone before I left for work this morning. power walk and running errands during my lunch break. power walked and ran errands on my way to dinner tonight. also power walked and ran errands on my way home. my fitness goals for today have been attained.

Hi Everyone,

My back feels a bit better. I can get in the car without assistance, if that's considered better. I didn't do a workout today, hoping not to aggravate things any further. I have been taking Advil regularly. I don't know which one is better Advil or Doan's. I took one dose of Doan's. Doan's used to knock out any back issue I had but I didn't notice much help this time. I will continue with the Advil for now. Tomorrow we decorate the church. Hopefully I will be better than today. Most of the church members are older and disabled. There's only a few of us under 60. My friend Janice is in Taiwan until next week. That leaves me and another lady. I think I am in the older and disabled category right now, LOL. I will do the best I can do.

Did the 20 min turbo jam workout yesterday and today. Yesterday I also did the first 1.5 miles on the Leslie Sansone Advanced 3 mile walk DVD.

Hi Everyone! It's the weekend!! But I'm still working... so not much relaxation time for me.

I completed the Turbo Jam 20 minute work out this morning and the first mile of Leslie's 4 miles fast and firm. It's kinda nice to start the day off with movement, but it's hard to haul my butt out of bed early in the morning.

Heading to work for the evening. Hope you all are having a great weekend!

just got back from a power walk and running an errand. also had lunch. will take a shower and do some things here at home. then, i'll go to church tonight.

I am taking it easy another day due to my hip. Although, I might be able to count decorating the church as exercise. That was a lot of work.
