just got back from a very brief power walk and running errands. will exercise to leslie sansone in a few minutes. will most likely be inside the rest of the day.

Happy weekend everyone!

Thursday - TurboJam 20 min workout
Friday - went to bed early, no workout
Saturday - TurboJam 20 min workout, 10 min AbJam, 2nd and 3rd miles of Leslie Sansone 4 fast and firm miles.

I figured I have a day off, might as well get in a big workout today. Feels good!

I could only do a short work today. I spent time registering for our new insurance, setting up the automatic payment, etc.

2 miles leslie sansone this morning. power walked to and home from church. also ran errands to and home from church. wasn't well after I got home from church so it was rest for me all afternoon.

I do feel better today but decided to stay home from work to be on the safe side. also the weather still isn't the best. did do 2 miles leslie sansone miracle miles this morning.
