I have discovered Leslie is a big fat liar.

In her videos she says you can lift any knee or kick any leg you want to, however, when I tell my hubby or son to lift their right leg they don't.

It is really a shame that it doesn't work like that. Just think, pick someone else to work out for you and eat right and you reap the benefits, ahhhh.
