Ran this morning mainly because DD wanted to so I went also. Then had strength training this afternoon. Finished shopping tonight and got to wrap, ugh, tomorrow. Not sure what I'm doing tomorrow
My foot is really hurting but I managed to get to the basement and on the eliptical. Then I get a phone call [my dh called......I had the phone in my pocket] because he was at Walmart and wanted to know if we still had boxes of crayons. I managed three min. on the eliptical, went back upstairs to check for the crayons and did twenty min. of body flex.

Sharon, what all does your strength training involve? How long does it take?
I do a one hour session. I do machines and free weights. I work on the arms, quads, abs, and I think that's it. It is pretty hard but I'm seeing results.
I took today as a est day! Planning on biking tomorrow, it's our 29th anniversary!
