Carolr3639,
Just saw your reply from Tuesday. Yes, that 5 Mega Mile is not only long, but still too much for me. I have been gradually getting back into working out after 2 long years of not doing much, so doing 2 or 3 miles of that one is great!
Sometimes the "Walk to the Hits" is too easy now, which is why I do the 5 Mile one.
Anyway....I did 30 min. of yoga and meditation today!
Well... the bike ride was too fast for me!
There are supposed to be 3 groups - A, B and B-Nice. My DH did B-Nice last weekend and it was great. But it was cold (for FL) and so not many people were there, and so everyone left at once and they started off immediately going 21mph... which I can't do yet. So after about 4 miles I had to drop off - I told DH to go ahead and I would just ride back but he stayed with me. We didn't know the way that they go on the bikes, so we just picked up a bike trail we have done in the past and ended up going 29 miles. When we got back to the car the slower riders were just getting there and they said that they were sorry that they all took off so fast. I can't do it next Sat because I'm running a 5K at night but I'll try in a few weeks!
Sharon, I've been wanting to ask you about the eliptical. I'm ok as long as I don't increase the resistance. But the other night I only did ten min. and my legs ached all night. I wondered if it was because I did it so close to bed or if it we because I increased the resistance. When I do it in the morning that doesn't seem to happen.

I don't know much about the elliptical. That's strange that your legs would hurt all night!
Had a long day on my feet yesterday at our monthly Bible reading. On my feet for six hours straight..........not used to that..........mostly doing dishes and prepping food. Wonder if I'll exercise today. I can always do bodyflex.
