I do those without weights as by that time, I can hardly move!!LOL! and without weights it STILL KILLS!!

last night completed D5/L1 and 2mile walk (in 32 min....my goal that I have hit once is 30min!).

I modify the pushups, I do wall pushups and that has helped alot. At our center, our office is on the 3rd floor, so I really need to get a pedometer to count my steps as we take turns going downstairs to answer the door, get the mail, etc....so needless to say, my lower body strenght is GREAT!!, just those arms and back........

I have been having a knee issue, after my rest on Monday, it felt better but seems tight and a pain shoots up sometimes, though during my walk it is not as bad (jumping jacks don't help any!)

Let's go girls!!!

L1D8 finished today. Didn't get my walk last night but I did play wiffle ball (sp?) with my kids. That's something I haven't had the energy for in a while Tonight is bunco and I'm terrified of my calorie intake. The temptation is going to kill me.

Anyone have any clue about how many calories are burned during level 1 or level 2? I'm trying to keep track of food/exercise online.

Nevermind I figured it out. At 150p range it's 167 calories per 20 minute session. That doesn't seem like very much.

Anyone wear a monitor during?

Soooo I'm a little late on this but I started today. I haven't done this dvd in about a year and my goodness it kicked my rear! I really hope by being on here gives me enough support to actually finish it this time. And I've Never gotten to level 2...

others have said to label as circuit training on myfitnesspal....but that shows like 200+ calories burned......if the heart rate is at 150p.....wow!! I have bradycardia, which low heart rate.....normal heart rate is averaged at 46!!! so I doubt I get up to 150p.....ahhhhhh.....
