I really really dislike the Stretch 40, it's so boring!!

Check-In: Fire 60 ~ this is my favorite!! And since I finally got rid of the shin splint problem, I can jump all I want

TGIF everyone!!

Default Checking in!

I did Fire 30 today, will do Sculpt 30 tonight. I'm also doing Brazilian Butt Lift. Ladies, if the lower body is your problem area, pick this one up, he's annoying as I don't know what but MAN, you are working it out!

Hi everyone!

Yesterday I did Jari Love Ripped 1000

Today I did TF HIIT 25 and Abs 10

VALady: Brazil Butt Lift is great! I love Cardio Axe!

Oh - I edited my signature to reflect the weight I was in the Fall, not just 4 weeks ago - I like seeing that I have already made so much progress!!

MSM I did Cardio Axe last night, it was SO much fun I was pouring sweat. I was worried that I wouldn't get a workout like TF. WRONG!

I've got Bum Bum tonight, not sure if I'm going to make it through it this time but practice makes perfect.

Great progress!! Love it when it goes down!

Hello girls
I want to join you, since I started Turbo Fire yesterday. I'm very excited about that. It is the first time in my life when I am not counting the time till the end of the workout, thanks to Chalene and her incredible energy I hope I will keep up with the workouts. So far they seem to be very enjoyable, so probably it will not be too difficult
Today I did HIIT 15+Stretch 10, and in addition Bum bum from BBL. My body really feels great
