Wow! That's great! How did you find it? Did you get bored and if so how did you get through it? And what are your results so far? Have you lost weight or more inches? Hope you don't mind all the questions!

Did Burn it Up yesterday and today..but just the aerobic part (first 30 minutes) I've added holding 1 pound hand weights and one pound ankle weights.

I do Burn it Up about 2 x's a week. I hold half pound weights in hands; and one pound ankle weights strapped on ankles. Still can't do all her leg work, too hard! but I plug along.

Hi

Im new here. Waiting for my Slim in 6 to arrive in the mail. I just finished Chalean Extreme. Im going to take a week off and hopefully my cd's will arrive in the mail.

Didn't have a chance to read this whole thread, but so far it sounds really hard. Hope I can do it!

Question: Is Slim in 6 or P90X harder? I've been doing P90X for a while, and fear that I've hit a plateau.

im at the end of week two. I dont have too much to lose. I lost no weight but OMG there is a HUGE difference in my body. So much that i refuse to give up.im also watching my calories.
