I hope you enjoy the app! It's really helped me see that one high number isn't anything. Bodies are weird and it's the overall trend that matters.

I weighed in at 138.0 this morning and I feel much more back on track the last few days were tough but I'm glad I stuck to plan and I'm so happy to say that I fully enjoyed allllllll the decadence of the holiday with barely a blip on my weight loss radar! Here's to hoping it's a good week for us all!

Good Monday Morning

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm back to work today after being off last week. I find it easier to stay on plan while working, but really did enjoy having last week off. And I surprised myself with eating well while being at home.

LionessWhispers I'm so glad that you enjoyed your holiday. It's nice to enjoy it with no regrets. I'm back down to 137.3. Still have some work to do lol

Let's have a great on plan week. I hope more people are able to join us in this thread because it really does help with my accountability to share with others. And the more the merrier!

Still stuck at 137.2. Seriously!!!! Well, anyway, it's still only 1.2 lbs to my first goal so I'll just need a little bit of patience.

Doing good Lioness! That's some seriously steady progress.

I was at 136.4 this morning. ZOMG so close. I hope I can muster up some extra effort to go under 136 soon.

I hope everyone is doing great. I can't believe it's December lol. I weighed in at 138.6 today. I really have to step up my game before Christmas. My goal is to be at 135 by Christmas.

LionessWhispers on the drop, it's always nice to see the scale going in the right direction no matter how small.

the 130's thread is alive again. Nice to meet you all here. I last posted in the beginning of August at 138.6 pounds. I proceeded to lose more weight until early September, with my lowest being around 132 pounds. Close to my goal of "just below 130"... Then life intervened/I got complacent/my binge-eating returned/I stopped weighing/all he11 broke loose

The good news is that I just checked and I am about where I was in August - 138.8 pounds. I had imagined far worse. I look pretty bad with the muffin top spilling over all my waistbands again. boooo

So - on the one hand, I have gained nearly 7 pounds and set myself back 4 months.
On the other, more optimistic hand, I have "maintained" under 140 pounds. I'll take it!

Time to stop beating myself up over all my bad eating and lack of exercise. It gets me nowhere except a swan dive into very non-nutritious foods. Time to embrace maintaining under 140 pounds AND give that final push to "getting a few more off." I would like to maintain around 135 pounds and - IDEALLY - closer to 130 but that is becoming a crazy-making goal so I have accepted that 135 may be more right for me.

I am so happy to find others around my weight to share this journey!!

EmmaD on staying under 140 for the last couple of months. It's definitely not easy. I have only been maintaining since October and have managed to stay under 140, which is awesome.

Maintenance is definitely no easy task, so you are doing great. I hope to be at 135 by Christmas as well, but if I'm not that's ok as well. But I'm going to try like heck to get there lol. One thing I know, I will not let my weight go over 140.

I know it's probably just a scale fluctuation (or maybe a post TOM whoosh?) but I saw 136.4 flash up at me from the scales this morning!!

pigeon You are so sooooo close to your next goal!! You'll be past it in no time!!

lovemylife I'm sure that with your dedication you can meet your goal by Christmas!

Just sneaking in a bit - I've been super busy lately! Saw 135.6 today on scale, but I won't declare my normal-bmi-goal met before I can see a 134something. Recording my weight has felt awfully stressing too, because of thinking too much about wanting to be below 136. I might just continue this hiatus until I feel I can safely say I'm there and then come back for the next challenge!

Ok, I was at 134.2 this morning. Must admit that I didn't eat much yesterday and did some serious exercise, so I'll probably be bouncing up to 135-something for a few times still but I haven't been at 136 for a week now so I guess I can call it a goal. Will be making a little mini-goal post later to huff and puff about it and resume to normal posting. Yay!!!

134.0 today, and this time I find it credible. I'm going to take a brisk walk in the morning on both christmas eve and day and be as reasonable as I posisbly can with food. I don't want to end up with a stall. Just not worth it!

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!!

With my birthday and the holiday festivities I've been maintaining between 137-138 which I'm mostly pleased with. Looking forward to getting back to losing as the holiday treats and delectable dishes start to disappear haha

Congrats on meeting your mini goal and surpassing it pigeon !!! That's fantastic work especially through the holidays! You are amazing!

I wonder if we'll be seeing some new faces in here soon with the New Year's resolutions and such the more the merrier!
