Step 1- Get out of the 150's...anyone else?
I'm new to this site and am just looking for some support and people to chat with about success/struggles and check in with about progress. I am currently around 158 (weighing in tomorrow) and hope to get to 130. I lost 15 pounds last year and was feeling really good about myself and then ended up stress eating and putting it all back. I feel really committed this time. I'm sick of thinking about losing weight and realize it's time to DO it. I want to approach my 28 pound goal in baby steps- my first being to get out of the 150's. Anyone else share similar experiences/goals and looking for a support/check in buddy??
