I was punishing myself though.
Today will be sort of a treat day as it's Easter and I have eaten 1 Cadbury Creme egg already, and will have birthday cake later (my grandparents are celebrating my bday early b/c I wont' see them on my bday).
But I won't feel guilty about today.
I think this whole thread could easily be reworded as what did you say "yes" to. Every time you say "no" to crappy food, skipping on workouts, and abusing your body, you are saying "yes" to a longer, healthier life, more energy, better sleep, and the list goes on...
Today when I got my morning workout in I said "yes" to feeling really positive the rest of the day.
i'm overseas at meetings and a conference just now. Tonight I'v said no to alcohol and starter/pudding, and went for the healthiest option possible on the menu, but it's hard! How am i going to do this for two weeks??!!
