Swim:9h 41m 50s - 21050 Yd

June:
6/1: Swim, 55 mins. Bike, 30 mins - shortened, it was pouring. 85 mins.
6/2 Swim, 60 mins. Bike, 75 mins 220 mins
6/3 Run, 39 mins (3.55 miles) Total 259 mins
6/4 brick workout - 18 miles ride, 4.5 miles run. 115 mins. Total = 373 mins
6/5 swim, 90 mins (at the pool for longer, but I did some sitting in the hot tub and such) Total = 463 minutes

I'm really out of shape and I'm starting at the very bottom compared to the rest of you, it seems. But I'd like to keep track of my minutes regardless. I just bought a used recumbent exercise bike so that's what I'm doing right now. I'll probably add in exercise DVDs as I go along.

June 4: 5 minutes on exercise bike
June 5: 6 minutes on exercise bike
June 6: 7 minutes on exercise bike
June 7: 8 minutes on exercise bike
June 8: 9 minutes on exercise bike
June 9: 10 minutes on exercise bike
June 10: 11 minutes on exercise bike
June 11: 60 minutes of Jazzercise (!!!)
June 12: 12 minutes on exercise bike
June 13: 13 minutes on exercise bike + 40 minutes hiking
June 14: 14 minutes on exercise bike + 45 minute strength training DVD
June 15: 15 minutes on exercise bike
June 16: 16 minutes on exercise bike
June 17: 17 minutes on exercise bike
June 18: lots of mall walking
June 19: 19 minutes on exercise bike
June 20: helped friend move
June 21: no formal exercise
June 22: 22 minutes on exercise bike
