Today - 10 min yoga, 45 min elliptical, 20 min walk to store and back. I was super busy so everything got cut a little short.

Today: rest day. I've been burning the candle at both ends (and kinda sorta in the middle too), so today is an off day. 5 days of exercise this week will just have to do.

I did a 30 minute DVD today, Sweatin' to the Oldies. Hokey, I know, but it got my heart rate up and I was sweating, so it's all good.

W 10/1:60 minutes elliptical, 240 walking school holidays spent the whole day out with the kids
T 10/2:20 minutes elliptical, 120 minutes walking, 40 minutes taebo, 40 minutes wiifit.. yippee it came in today my wii another 35 on wii what can i say new toy.. lol
F 10/3:120 minutes walking , 80 minutes wiifit.. 120 minutes wii sports, im sore now lol i did heaps of boxing... ouch.. lol
S 10/4:_____scheduled rest day___ i will do my best to stay off the wii lol..

amouse--The wii fit is really fun! My friend has one and we got to try it. It was really cool and we decided we're going to get one.

Today I walked a mile in 22 min, walk/jogged a mile in 18 min: total of 2 miles, 40 minutes.

Yesterday: 6 miles, 11:30 pace. (Yes, I'm kinda pokey.)

Today: 45 minutes upper body weights, 20 minutes HIIT on the treadmill.

03 - 30 min yoga, 12 min HIIT on the treadmill
04 - 90 hours or so hiking; 2 hours or so walking downtown at Nuit Blanche
05 - 12 min HIIT on the treadmill, 4000m HIIT on the rowing machine10 min yoga/stretching
06 - 50 min bike to work and back; 45 min at the bosu sculpt class in the gym
