I'm new to the boards with a total of 63 lbs to lose. I have a 4-week-old son so I'm going to need some motivation to stick to a work out routine no matter how sleep deprived I am

I recently bought the XL Glider which is very similar to the Tony Little Gazelle (which is advertised 24/7) and was wondering if anyone here has had success using this type of equipment? It's very low-impact which I need since I have a bad back.
I tried Tae-Bo last year and never lost a pound
, but I *loved* doing it. I may try it again, but it always made my foot cramp...very weird.
Anyway, I'm rambling. Just wanted to introduce myself and ask about anyone's experience with a glider. I look forward to getting to know you all.
