Day 1: Elliptical set at resistence 3 for 27 minutes
Day 2: Elliptical set at resistence 3 for 28 minutes
Day 3: Elliptical set at resistence 3 for 30 minutes.
Day 4: Ellipitcal set at resistence 3 for 15 minutes.
Day 5: Lazy bum
Day 6: Walked 45 minutes.
Day 7: Walked 15 minutes.
Day 8: Walked 45 minutes.
Day 9: Bike 7 minutes, Elliptical set at 4 for 25 minutes.
Day 10: Bike 7 minutes, Elliptical set at 5 for 30 minutes.
Day 11: Bike 7 minutes, Elliptical set at 5 for 30 minutes.
Day 12: Walked 45 minutes.
I dont know if it is the working out or the losing weight, but my body is feeling better and exercises are easier. I just feel more in control of my body, physically. Less clumbsy, more aware of my surorundings...weird, but i like it, it feels good to not feel so physically sloppy.
