Hi everyone I met my full 3 part goal, completing my tape yesterday.

January: 890 minutes February: 1,020 min. (229,581 steps) March: Goal 1400 min (3/28 currently at 1,558 min.) increase steps over last month's (3/28 304,829 and 383 floors, got double calorie burn this month) and do the Leslie Samsone tape at least 3x a week.
March.1-115 minutes (60 min. walk, 20 min. LS dvd, 20 min. WII step, 15 min. upper bod strength training..including some oblique work,14,364 step)
March.2-85 minutes (Leslie Samsone part 2 and 3, WII adv. step a 15 min.)
March.3-90 minutes (15 min. walk o.d, 40 min. LS dvd, 15 min. WII a.s.a, 17 min. u.b.s.t, 3 min. balance)
March 4.-90 minutes (L.S part 1 and 3, u.b.s.t 15 min, wii adv. s.a 15 min.)
March 5.-55 min. (L.S part 1, WII s.a, and u.b.s.t, RA mostly)
March 6.-80 minutes (Jessica smith 30 min, Zumba 20 min. WII 20 min, u.b.s.t 10 ..Right arm).
March 7.-40 min. walk
March 8-20 min. walk
March 9-103 minutes (30 min. LS tape, 20 min, WII adv. step(mod arms), WEEKLY TOTAL: 555 minutes (82,835 steps)
30 min, u.b.s.t (weights), 23 min. calisthenics, some stretching at end.
March 10-100 min. (30 min. LS tape, 20 min, WII s.a mod arms, 35 min, u.b.s.t..weights as always and yes I want to sit now! lol, nope 15 min WII sta. mod arms)
March 11- rest
March 12-85 min. (Leslie S big burn 40min., 20 min. u.b.s.t, 25 min. walk)

It was the darned snow shoveling that put me over my goal minutes, LOL, I really wanted all the minutes to be planned, designated workout dvd's but that's life.
Now that I have the final numbers for yesterday, I can update with my monthly results for March. I ended up meeting BOTH additional goals after I surpassed my initial goal of 310,000 steps on the 22nd, and hit 450,425 steps overall, so I am happy with my progress this month!
EDIT: So, by calculation of the average stride length, that means I walked about 225.2 miles in March!
