Jacqui_D: If you're settling at 170, you're so close to goal! How exciting!
Fatbloke: Is your avatar that guy who eats huge meals on the food network or the cooking channel or something? Like 5 lb burgers in under an hour or whatever? It looks like him - his show is weirdly mesmerizing sometimes...

Leopardspots, woohoo! Looks like it's going to be another great month for you! Great job!
Mars, we can hold on till then, lol!
PrairieQueen, thinking of you!
Penny, congrats on dropping a lb! And thanks, I hope I keep losing, I'd love to make it to "normal" weight, but if I don't, if my body wants to stay at 170, I'll be fine with that! I've lost 50 lbs since May, so how could I ever be disappointed?! It really is exciting! (Besides, it's just a teeny-tiny bit overweight, lol!)
Joy, thanks for the list! I agree, good energy! : Yay on your low sticking!
Jb, you'll have that little uptick back off in no time!
The hubs was in a rush this morning, which got me kind of frazzled, and I forgot to weigh before we sat down to breakfast.
Ok, I am struggling! After making goal in November + some, I have been stuck at the same weight for almost two weeks! I may be eating slightly more due to the holidays, and now with the snowy weather, I have not been walking as much. I am trying to get back on track and stay positive, but my weight loss is bringing about saggy, jiggly belly areas and I feel gross and yucky. I want to work out, but I have been really stressed and tired, working full time, full time college student, wife, mom, ect. I have worked so hard to lose the 45 pounds so far, but now I am feeling discouraged. Anyhow, sorry for the rant about myself. Hoping this month brings me more positive feelings.

Thanks to everyone for the encouraging words to my frustrations. Despite my crazy schedule, I did start a new abs routine, since that is the part of my body that bothers me the most and the exercises only take 10 minutes. I also walked more this week like I was in previous months, so hoping the downward trend continues! Have a great weekend everyone and great job so far!
Off to an all-day workshop. I've got a plan to limit the damage of workshop-provided food.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Jacqui_D: Thanks! But the pound is back! lol! I'm on plan and everything - I just have a lot of daily fluctuations.
Whatever goal makes you happy and healthy is a good one! And being a teeny-tiny bit overweight feels AMAZING after being obese (I speak from experience)!
Gardenerjoy: Thanks for putting together the list!
And have a good time at your workshop!
