I'm gonna go for an 8lb loss this month. That would put me at a 50lb weight loss and a bmi under 30. Very excited to progress this month!

No weight change for me. My weekend eating wasn't as good as it should have been. Too many healthy snacks, too much salt and not enough water. I'm back 100% today. I'll be going on a cruise at the end of the month and my goal is to be at 189 before I leave so there is no more room for messing around now.

Hi Ladies Count me in too! I am excited about starting our new month together!

GardenerJoy Thank you for our thread and all that you do I really like what you said about November being a good time for wholesome harvest foods and November activities! What a nice and positive mental approach to our new month here, ty! My goal for this month is 9 lbs.


tajimeney you will find this site very helpful, there is a lot of knowledge and support. I have always loved this site and did well when here, even through those struggles of the journey..it really makes a difference!

To those of you who just joined in

Nice to see everyone here and looking forward to another month together in our journey. Jacqui girlll, you must be on vaca...I hope you are having a terrific time girl hugssss

As for me ladies, I lost 6.9 lbs last month (as of Nov.2, 4 weeks exactly since starting Oct. 5). I am very happy with that though a bit shy of my goal of an average of 2 lbs. per week to meet my 22lb. loss goal by Christmas so shooting for a 9lb. loss this month.

IT will be challenging with a birthday dinner and also luncheon planned for this weekend but then there is a nice stretch between then and Thanksgiving...it's important that I am OP surrounding these times and am ready to give it my best shot.

Here is to a successful fresh start and new month to us all!

Goal: 22 lb. loss by Christmas
Oct. challenge (lose 8 lbs) lost 6.9 as of Nov. 2
Nov. challenge (lose 9lbs)
