Day 5 = Good
Day 6 = Good

rest day on 10/8
Day 8 = Good
Day 9 = ate odd all day, at meeting with weird food, wanted to continue at night but resisted.
Day 10 = Good
Day 11(Oct12) = Good
Obsidian, Good to see you back. I need to eat less junk food also, but mine are things in the house. I have an apple out and plan to make it part of my afternoon snack today.
Dr. Geri, that potluck was just too many dishes on top of each other plus too much coffee = tummy ache. But maybe eating whip cream fruits next to cabbage salad qualifies as weird cause they don't really complement each other, lol.
Day 7--Sunday, October 11: No sweets, something green
Day 8--Monday, October 12: No sweets, something green
Day 9--Tuesay, October 13: No sweets, something green. I've been doing well with salads. I've had leafy greens several days in a row now. Feeling good about that.
Obsidian, go for it in your new challenge! Hard Working Dog, you are on a great roll!
10/12/2015 - day 1
10/13/2015 - day 2
10/14/2015 - day 3 bonus really wanted to stop at wendy but came home, ate left over and cooked something to have for tomorrow.
bonus, I really wanted something sweet and or caby with breakfast, but didn't do it.
Tomorrow I go out for drinks, they aren't off limits, but i usually have a fall off the wagon the day after....so fingers crossed.
Hope everyone is going well
cabbage and whipped fruit is...interesting, ...

I failed this challenge. It started Wednesday with two doughnuts and a scone. Followed up Thursday with two cookies. On the upside, my intake of greens and other vegetables definitely increased during this challenge. I will take the weekend to regroup and come back next week with another try.
Obsidian, let us know when you get a chance what happened the day after you went out for drinks. Are you still on the wagon?
Diana, if recent days have been as good as you started out, you should be about two-thirds through this challenge by now. Go go go!
I failed my challenge as well. Think I will start today with a new challenge, At least 10 mins of exercise per day, everyday. Feeling like a sack of potatoes and would just like to curl up on the couch and hibernate, ugh.
new challenge. Minimum of 10 mins of exercise per day, every day, with 3 pause days.
October 16th, Day 1 = will edit and be back soon.
Obsidian, , How did you do the day after going out for drinks? Let us know, we are here to support and incourage YOU.
Dr. Geri, Good to hear your green uptake has improved. See ya next week with renewed challenge.
Any one else up for a challenge?

Sweets have really been a huge temptation this past month. Yesterday when restaurant put a chocolate chip on my plate, I ate it and DH's, too.
I shall take this Challenge seriously and find no excuses.
Day after drinks I couldn't even make it into work so no worries on stopping my challenge. I ended up eating left over for breakfast. I haven't eaten great, but haven't been to any of my usual bad eating spots.

Obsidian, Nice that the drinking didn't throw you off. You have a great start at better eating, way to go.
Sandy, Glad the challenge is helping, good start!!
Hello friends! I am back ready for a new try. I need to repeat the same challenge I failed at last week: No sweets, something green. Three pause days.
Day 1--Monday, October 19: No sweets, something green.
Day 2--Tuesday, October 20: No sweets, something green. My dinner game is improving. I felt good choosing salad, marinated tofu, grilled kale, and fruit for dinner, and not going near the comfort food I would have liked to inhale. In addition to this menu fitting this challenge, I also feel better about myself when I have a vegetarian day.
Thrilled to see you back, Sandy. Diana and Obsidian, thank you for your support and much support back to you at the midpoint of your challenges.

Dr Geri You are really doing well adding the veggies.
Diana So glad you keep us going here. This helped me pass up the desired Dove Dark chocolate that tastes so good.
Obsidianbbw This challenge really does seem to strengthen us!!!
