curvynotlumpy : Thanks! I'm lucky that I didn't get injured or sick in that whole year. But, the cause and effect may work in the opposite direction -- that I didn't get injured or sick because I exercised every day. I think low-intensity, high-consistency exercise is what my body prefers for injury-prevention. And the mood-boosting and sleep-inducing effects of daily exercise are good for my immune system.

Later on saturday.. joined the gym.. no workout
