May Goal: For 90 of the total 93 meals in May to be Perfectly On Plan, and everything I eat/drink photographed for my blog for accountability.

May 3: 3 of 3 meals on plan & pix in blog.
May 4: Ditto.
May 5: Ditto-arama.
May 6: Ditto-a-go-go.
May 7: Ditto-tastic.
We're a week into May so I'm a little late but I think my goal would be to reach my 2nd mini goal of 10% body weight loss (189). I am very close to that now but I'm struggling quite a bit with my food and have a lot of "celebrations" this month (anniversary, mother's day, birthday and a week's vacation) so it's not entirely out of the question that it would be a challenge to actually hit that number this month with all the fluctuation I'm likely to experience. If I do hit it and am doing really well for some reason I will edit my goal to a more realistic expectation.

I have not lost much weight loss lately but I have lost inches and my body fat went down. My goal for now is to lose 9 pounds and get down too 200 pounds.
Hello girls... haven't been on for a bit.. I lost my mom Monday night
Exhausted, not eating, not drinking, I'm sure it's wreakin havoc on my weight. I still will continue to check in here... need to keep my mind busy. Maybe I will weigh in tomorrow..

Tinajayne, I'm so very sorry about the loss of your mom! I've been there and know that particular pain. Lots of folks will try to help by telling you what you should be doing, and while it comes from a good place, do what you need to do to get through this time. Most important is to find a way to take good care of yourself the best way possible, and lean on people when and if you need to. Your mind and emotions are probably all over the place and that's to be expected. Try not to overburden yourself with the weight stuff. We're here if you need us. Big !
