Better late than never..
My plan is to do insanity 6 days a week and include a day of hot yoga.

July 3 - Insanity Cardio Recovery
July 4 - Insanity Pure Cardio
July 5 - Insanity Cardio Circuit
July 6 - Off Day *I am a waitress on Saturdays for 12 hours, I think I deserve the day off hehe)

Week Two ** we had some heavy rain and serious flooding so this week has been a write off for me! **

I'd love to do this. I'm best when I exercise 45 minutes a day, so I'll say 1200 minutes for the month.

gardenerjoy, is it too late to add another goal to my list? I would like to add a goal of doing a 5 mile walk, 10 times this month too.
