  • Everyone is doing great! I just updated mine and I have not missed a day of push ups or planking! I will not make my 100 mile running goal but I'm ok with that. I need new shoes anyway. But I have been getting up to run in the mornings lately!

    Just in time, because I'm going to visit family tomorrow, and I'm not sure what kind of time I will have for exercising.
