And overall, YES! We love having Rainbow back! She is good cop to Sarge's bad cop. Her glass is half full to Sarge's half empty canteen. And when Sarge gives you a kick in the a** Rainbow will hand you a band-aid and give you a hug!

madam....ooooh salt water taffy....i love it!!! but didn't have any!! we had a really busy visit...moms bday, visiting a new baby niece, 3 job interviews for hubby from orlando, tampa and jacksonville....whew...but i did make some time for feeding the seagulls and splashing my toes in the surf!!!

Personally i am sticking relatively where i was scalewise, so i am looking at maybe a lb this week Oh well can't win them all, i've been pushing to hard and it shows with stress( physical mostly), have to try and ease up i think.

I weighed this morning... only down 1.8!!! I think it's because i haven't been drinking enough water every day. Sooooooooooooo MAD at myself! Going to weigh tomorrow morning and see if maybe today was a fluke. (I hope)

For me, jumped on the scale out of curiosity I am hoping the oh...4 lbs the scale says I gained is watr weight because there is NO WAY I gained 4 lbs..yes ive been over in my cals almost every day but not 12000 over for the week plus my fingers etc etc are tight atm....hoping I can flush it all out with tons of water today :X I didnt run this AM I wanted sleeeppp gonna go a bit later. eating yoburt and strawberries now..have fun yalls!

I got to bed at a decent hour last night and slept in this morning (I needed it badly!!), and just got back from a nice workout at the gym - abs, upper body, and the treadmill. I think my husband and I will be having dinner out tonight (we usually do on Saturdays), but if we go to our usual place my meal comes to less than 500 cal and so it's all good. Then I need to do some more work tonight - my boss and I have a grant proposal due on Tuesday and it's nowhere near done!
sizzlin: I am very glad to hear your little one is home and is doing better!! The scale may be reflecting a small weight gain and lots of water retention due to sodium, stress, too little sleep, etc. I am sure that once you're back in the swing of your normal food and exercise routine, you'll see the number drop off.
linalin and DREAMER: Get the water in! It will help with the water retention, and it also helps to keep away the feelings that seem like hunger but are just thirst. Eating less, weighing less, happiness all around!
MadamB: It's weird, I'll come home from working out and sit down with my husband for a few minutes, and he'll smell my head (he does that a lot) and say "You smell good." Um, no, I smell like sweat!

The battle ensues. Today i got up early and walked, came home cleaned up went and did running around, returned, cleaned and vacumed the truck (finally) cleaned the house a bit , went for a second walk, i know i need to cut back but i can't i am having a terrrible time keeping my calorie intake down lately... thusly i have an urgent need to maintain my mobility at all costs, even if it means beating on my body .
Good news though, i checked my weight this evening and i'm down to 229, so i missed target but i still came away with something (2lb drop), if only i could get a grip on food again, i could relax and revitalize myself.
Just BBQ'ing and having a rye and ginger Wishing i had some good company to share the evening, but forever alone. Hmm, pretty sure my mood is on a downward spiral right now, got to hang on. Sorry girls, i just get lonely some times is all.
