Eats: Stay on the plan. Research a bit more.

Was hoping to see a lower number on the scale today, still at the fat side of 136. Am keeping my plan and can feel the results when I move, look in the mirror, or lay my arm at my side. Am staying with the program here and going forward.
Adding more movement throughout the day to keep the metabolic rate dancing along.
