Mindy, am sending you sailing-right-through-TOM thoughts. I know I've had to try everything comforting to get through them. Hot pads, yoga, putting my legs up, magnesium and zinc. Those hormones can be a challenge.
Love2b, am sending you good thoughts! I'm a bit quieter now that it's so hot, and find I need to space my exercising throughout the day more, and make sure I get little rests.
Mothermavis, thank you for the lovely thoughts! How is your golfing coming along?
I'm enjoying using my rebounder again. Keeps my blood moving happily along.
