Thanks everyone. I am LOVING this site. It has become my new obsession . . . who needs chocolate when you have 3FC? The 5 pound challenges are awesome - a perfect tool for setting mini goals! And this added extreme focus on my food and exercise is really helping my blood sugar levels, too. Fasting blood sugar this morning was 112 . . . which is very good. Especially for me.

Congrats, MamaP! Just when I was gonna post progress finally...it's a new start! I guess I'll have to keep moving in the right direction, so I can post that loss here..
